Pro Fire Deliver RTCI Training on Site for Hertfordshire FRS

Specialist fire training and compliance company, ProFire, have successfully carried out Road Traffic Collision Instructor (RTCI) training for Hertfordshire Fire & Rescue Service.

Based in Sunderland, the company specialise in fire service accredited training providing anything from breathing apparatus, heavy road traffic, road traffic and positive pressure ventilation instructor training amongst their portfolio of courses.

The recent RTCI training was carried out at the Hertfordshire Specialist Training Centre in Stevenage and led by instructors Joe Cummings and Alex Elder, both of which have a fire service background and over 30 years of experience each.  The 5-day Skills for Justice Awards accredited course is designed to qualify the delegates to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to plan prepare and implement road traffic collision training scenarios.

RTCI Instructor, Joe Cummings, a fire fighter with over 30 years’ experience who also carries out workplace training with ProFire said, ‘It was a fantastic opportunity for myself and Alex to provide the training to a great group of delegates, as previously serving fire fighters we understand the need for relevant and essential training, we’re proud to represent such a forward thinking and professional company such as ProFire.’
