Will Fatherley

CEO

Will started ProFire to bring together a fantastic team of people he had previously worked with, he is determined to make ProFire a trusted name within the fire safety and training world.

Will has previously worked in the automotive, construction and consultancy sectors and has also grown and managed a successful social enterprise. Outside of work his passions are travel, golf and the NFL.

Helen Gray

Business Co-ordinator

Helen has spent the majority of her career in the retail sector and has a vast range of experience working in customer service, retail coordination and management and brings an organised, friendly and professional approach to the business.

She is an enthusiastic spectator of community based local sport, and is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United. She is also passionate about reading and spending time with her family travelling both in the UK and internationally.

Vince O’Neill

Operations Manager

After spending over 30 years with the Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue Service as an operational firefighter and eventually as lead trainer and deputy training centre manager Vince entered the commercial world as Operations Manager for a successful fire safety Social Enterprise.

His vast knowledge of training and development is crucial for our business.

Vince likes to maintain his fitness and as a keen cyclist gets in 100 miles per week.

Jenny Wale

Finance Manager

Jenny has worked in senior management roles across the world including Hong Kong, the Middle East and Australia and brings vast experience to ProFire.

She is now enjoying her time back in her native North East, she loves spending time with her family, enjoys the great walks the area has to offer and is a keen yoga enthusiast.
